1. What information we collect

GerCanada collects only what is needed to process your immigration case: personal data (name, date of birth, nationality), contact data (email, phone, address), immigration documentation (passport, history, supporting letters), and communications with you (WhatsApp, email).

2. How we use your information

Only to: (a) prepare and file your application with IRCC, (b) communicate with you about your case, (c) meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Who we share with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where strictly necessary to execute your case (e.g. IRCC, biometrics centres, certified translators, partner lawyers when applicable).

4. How long we retain

For the duration of your active case plus 7 years after closure, per professional retention obligations. After that, files are securely destroyed.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time, subject to applicable legal limits. To exercise your rights: privacy@gercanada.ca.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site may use technical cookies and aggregated analytics to improve the browsing experience. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
